秋に旬を迎える果物の代表格である【柿】は英語で[persimmon]と表現します。
渋柿はastringent persimmon、干し柿はdried persimmonと言います。
※お菓子の「柿の種（柿ピー）」は、「crispy rice crackers and peanuts」と言い、柿のpesimmonは英単語に使われないのでご注意ください。
